His wine wisdom extends beyond just the glass, as wine and food pairings have become an integral part of his life; exploring the more outlandish options on an almost daily basis has led him to become incredibly savvy in this department.

A long-time lover and collector of Lebanese wine and serious ‘old school’ Rioja. He is also the proud owner of a 30-year plus collection of Chateau Musar wines and notable exceptional vintages of Lopez De Heredia and La Rioja Alta.
