The nose gives layers of complexity, bringing forth a variety flavours that develop over time. Citrus intertwined with a creamy toffee and vanilla yogurt continue to emerge into a variety of stone fruits, toasted almonds and finally baked spices. The palate offers a distinct sweetness, bringing forth a plethora stone fruits that seem to ooze from the glass. A sumptuous treat for those who prefer to have less acidity and a more rounded sweetness to their sparkling wines. This is an exceptional demi-sec.
