COCO BLANCO
- 2 oz Azunia blanco
- 0.25 oz lime juice
- 4 oz Vegan pink peppercorn horchata
THYME AFTER THYME
- 0.25 oz bourbon barrel aged maple syrup
- 2 oz dash orange bitters
- 2 oz dash Angostura bitters
- 2 oz tequila El Tesoro Anejo
- Smoked with hickory and thyme
BABY IT’S COLD OUTSIDE
- 2 oz chamomile Infused Casamigos blanco
- 1 oz ginger root juice
- 1 oz wildflower honey
- 0.5 lemon juice
- Float Angostura bitters
- 3 oz Hot water
SANGRITA
- Muddled sage
- 2 oz Avion Reposado
- 1 oz Orange juice
- 0.5 oz Mandarin Napoleon
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Agave
- 0.5 oz blood orange purée
- Top with merlot
TWIST AND STOUT
- 2 oz Azunia Anejo
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Averna Amaro
- 0.25 oz l’orgeat almond liqueur
- Top w/ stout beer
APPLE OF MY EYE
- Apple infused codigo blanco
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.25 oz Campari
- 0.25 oz lejay cassis
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Chia seed rim
