Pod Brooklyn, in the heart of Williamsburg, has officially opened “RFTP” – its new rooftop bar and venue space. Think stunning 360° skyline views, Insta-worthy drinks, and plenty of Brooklyn vibes to help celebrate the height of summer. The hotel also recently opened a Clinton Hall beer garden as its main restaurant in the lobby space.

Much like the Pod Hotels brand, RFTP is modern, minimal and cool. With a zinc bar and cushioned wooden “banquettes,” the vibe and the views are the main focus here, perfect for a quiet afternoon drink or a proper night out. A standalone sprawling secondary space provides the ability to host private events for up to 200.

Check out the Grey frosé, red and white sangria and Pacifico beer on tap and specialty cocktails like the RFTPunch (Sailor Jerry rum, citrus juices, served in a flamingo cup!) and the Paloma Faith (Patron Silver, Patron Pineapple Citrónge, grapefruit, lime, Jarritos grapefruit float).

Foodies, don’t miss out on RFTP “Vegetable Garden” – raw seasonal vegetables served on a bed of “edible soil” in the form of quinoa, with a touch of black olive and burnt leek powder (to resemble dirt) with buttermilk ranch dip; Artichoke Dip – cauliflower, garlic confit, seared fontina, pita chips; along with thin-crust pizzas and a meat & cheese board.
