This wine is a new classic style: Prosecco Brut. It has a balanced aroma with some light florals, and a palate that is less fruity and more dry, with a fine finish. The wine is best savored in a white wine glass, not in a flute.

As in other Bellenda vineyards, the grapes are harvested in the latter part of September. These particular vineyards are located in the countryside near the San Fermo church. These grapes make a wine that is expected to improve over the next few years, so mark your calendar for two years from now.
