In Park City, Utah, High West Distillery uses traditional methods, including a 1,600 gallon copper pot still, to distill their award winning whiskeys. The Barreled Boulevardier is a ready made cocktail that is both sweet and French. The bottle embodies the Wild West aesthetic with also a hint of the French influence with the signature Boulevardier, a wealthy and fashionable man and knew all about the city routes and culture, with the Eiffel Tower in front.

The cocktail includes Bourbon with sweet vermouth and Gran Classico, an amaro from Switzerland. The cocktail is mixed in American oak Bourbon barrels. This really enhances the complex flavors of anise and raises the sweet mature taste of dried fruits that balance out the bitter liquor. Most readily enjoyed served neat, on the rocks, or stirred and strained with an orange or lemon garnish.
