Join AZCentral in a Cadillac presented event that brings together prestigious chefs from Las Vegas, New York, and Montreal with Arizona Culinary Leaders. Over the course of one glorious weekend (November 7th & 8th) in Scottsdale, AZ, the public will gather at Scottsdale Fashion Square for an array of globally infused culinary perspectives with popular chefs from some of the largest cities around the country.
Hosting an all-star panel of chefs during the Grand Tasting will be Paul Bartolotta, a two-time James Beard Award winner and the man behind the luxurious Ristorante di Mare of Wynn Resort. Accompanying him on the all-star panel will also be Michael Ginor who is a cofounder of New York’s Hudson Valley Foie Gras; Chef Akira Back who is a trendsetter adding brilliant originality to traditional Japanese cuisine at Yellowtail at Bellagio and Kumi at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas; and Chuck Hughes, with 3 shows on the Cooking Channel: Chuck’s Day Off, Chuck’s Week Off, and Chuck’s Eat the Street. Hughes also became the youngest Canadian chef to win Iron Chef America, even beating Bobby Flay.
Finishing out the food fest of a weekend will be Arizona’s own celebrity chef, Aaron May, among many others. Chef May will be hosting a Grand Finale Dining Experience and joined by chefs Bartolotta, Hughes, Back and Ginor. With limited seating, you’re going to want to snatch up your ticket quickly.
