With udon bars in San Francisco bouncing in popularity, the North Bay area of California has gotten a new udon spot to spread the 1,000 year old Japanese staple. Ippinn Udon and Tempura cranks out house-made udon noodles year round, traditionally served hot in winter and cold in summer. Owners Frank Wu, Teng Yushu, and Mason Lin present a modern cafeteria style tempura bar, and a menu with exciting fusion dishes like curry udon that are sure to grab your attention.
