The moment the cap is removed, layers of freshly ripe meadow fruits begin to emerge, led by a distinct strawberry and red cherry that seem to ooze from the glass upon being poured. Upon the palate more red fruits become noticeable, with a ripened bramble and cranberry at the forefront. There’s a delicate toasty spice and dark chocolate waiting to be explored on the mid-palate before a lingering finish of succulent and ripe red cherry completes the journey.
