The Miguel Torres legacy has been built through the efforts and passion of five generations since 1870 that has been dedicated to wine. The roots of the Torres family in Penedès can be traced back to the 17th century whose ancestors were vintners and sold their wines on a small scale. The Manso De Velasco is a Cabernet based wine that is soft and elegant. It is made in an oxidative fashion with aged notes and is a very intense violet color. With aromas of dense, toasted red fruits and mint, this wine’s palate has amazing dimension that is round and complex, appreciative of the fruity notes, clove and cocoa. With a long and pleasant finish this is definitely a wondrous wine.
