House of Perrier-Jouët is proud to announce the release of two exquisite champagnes just in time for the gift-giving season.
2007 Limited Edition Belle Époque
Eyes closed, toes in the lush green grass, you take a calming breath, sensing fresh garden growths – delicate, fragile blooms of petite pure-white flowers; the early ripening of the sweet peach tree; the zest and zip of the year-round citrus – all cling to a whisper in the wind. This sensation of spring and new life is the same sensation in the scent of the newly released 2007 Edition Belle Époque, appropriately referred to as “The Garden Party Muse.”
Visually, this special champagne has a unique peach tint due to the incorporation of Pinot Noir during maceration. That infamously delicate red wine grape blends well with the classic bright acidity, creating a rounded mouthfeel and lingering finish – a pleasant, peaceful surprise after the initial excitement of the zesty scent and foretaste.
Like the ephemeral beauty of spring, the 2007 Belle Époque is limited and should be saved for, and savored with, that special someone. SRP $245
Grand Brut
The Grand Brut is “a perfect introduction to House of Perrier-Jouet,” according to the winemakers. The flavor profile of this friendly, affordable Brut suggests just that, incorporating the vineyard’s luscious Chardonnay grapes and giving this Brut both complexity and balance. Drinkers’ palates will journey from a strong, fruit-forward start towards a comforting, creamy finish.
With an SRP of $45, the Grand Brut will make any day the perfect time to celebrate.
Both selections will be available for purchase this October at Reservebar.com.
