Wow, just wow. Proving how true beauty only gets better with time and age, notes of red chery, tarragon, iodine and a slight umami character reveal themselves on the nose. On the palate the story gets even better with further notes of sage, dried florals and toasted wood. Still full of nice acidity and a soft yet sturdy foundation of tannins and body that is drinking superbly right now.
