To celebrate their successful launch, Club 83 wants to start off with a Flavour Vibes contest. The task at hand is to devise a cocktail in harmony with a song of your choosing. A jury will then select 10 recipes, whose creators will win tasting packs from 1883 syrups.

The Sparkler

The Sparkler ½ ounce of fresh lime juice
1-inch piece of cucumber (remove seeds and chop finely)
1 ½ ounces of vodka
2 teaspoons of 1883 Cucumber syrup
2 teaspoons of 1883 Green mint syrup
Top off with Prosecco or Champagne

Garnish
3-4 slices of cucumber
1 Sprig of fresh mint

Method

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber and lime juice. Add the vodka, syrup and a couple of ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top off with either Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with the slices of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
