Charlie Palmer Steak Napa is one of five Charlie Palmer steakhouses located throughout the United States.  The other four can be found in Las Vegas; New York City; Reno; and Washington, DC.  Napa’s is located in the Archer Hotel, where black leather booths and chairs create modern ambience around rustic wooden tables.  The chain of restaurants is named after celebrated chef Charlie Palmer, whose Napa menu celebrates American favorites with a winemaking twist, as a nod to the region’s winemaking industry.  The restaurant serves breakfast, Sunday brunch, lunch, lunch prix fixe, dinner, dessert, and Happy Hour.  Main entries include Brioche French Toast, Mufaletta Panini, Snake River Farms Pork Chop, and—of course—a wide selection of steaks, from the Mishima American Flat Iron to the cowboy cut Bone-On Ribeye.  With special Happy Hour pricing in the Bar and Lounge from 4:00–7:00 p.m. daily, Charlie Palmer’s is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy an evening out.
