Ingredients:
45 ml Bloom London Dry Gin
20 ml Rose Liqueur
15 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Hibiscus Syrup
35 ml English Breakfast Tea
Method:
Brew the tea with 35 ml boiling water, and let stand for 3 minutes to cool. Combine the tea with all other ingredients and shake in cocktail shaker over ice. Strain the mix into rocks glasses over ice, and garnish with a strawberry.

Method:
Pour raspberry puree into a rocks glass, add crushed ice. Shake lemon, gin, and syrup over ice in cocktail shaker, and pour gently into glass. Drizzle with triple sec, and garnish with a fresh raspberry, and a lemon twist. Top with a dusting of powdered sugar.
