Breckenridge Bourbon is made from a high-rye mash bill mixed with the snowmelt of the Rocky Mountains into an open-top Scottish fermenter and distilled using a Vendome copper pot still. This bourbon has notes of honey-amber, aromas of under ripe banana and brown sugar, a spicy white pepper taste on the tongue, and a sweet vanilla finish with a kick of bitterness.
