Three elevated tasting experiences allow guests of BOTTAIA Winery to explore the brand’s twelve single-varietal wines and eight blends, all estate grown using sustainable viticulture and winemaking techniques.
The seated tasting is an unforgettable experience that includes a guided tasting of five wines and is paired with one of three high-end charcuterie plates. The barrel room tasting provides an opportunity to explore the effects of barrel and bottle aging as guests taste through six estate wines in addition to one wine straight from the barrel. For those looking for a more hands-on option, the wine blending lab turns guests into winemakers as they combine four wines into three blends.

“Our intent was to create a sophisticated respite, highlighted by stylish design and architecture to set the tone for an elevated experience. It’s important to us that the caliber of the winery be on par with the caliber of the wines,” said Claudio Ponte, managing partner.
BOTTAIA, meaning cask-aging room in Italian, follows modern winemaking applications informed by Old World traditions. Red wines produced include Aglianico, Barbera, Dolcetto, Montepulciano, Nero d’Avola, Sangiovese and a red blend called Cartuccia. White wines include Arneis, Fiano, Pinot Grigio, Verdicchio, Vermentino and three blends, Caldare, Cartuccia and Testo. BOTTAIA also produces a red wine blend, Late Harvest, and an off-dry white blend known as Toppano.
Bottaia Pool
The Pool at BOTTAIA is a nod to Mediterranean beach clubs seen throughout Northern Italy. Unparalleled vineyard vistas, private cabines, a Pool Café + Cocktail Bar, and splash pad for children continue the immersive experience at BOTTAIA. The Pool Café + Cocktail Bar serve both small plates and entrées, along with local and regional wines plus traditional and modern cocktails.
The BOTTAIA Winery tasting room is 21+ and open Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To ensure a tranquil and serene experience, reservations are strongly recommended.
