Get ready for even more great Jefferson bourbon! As part of its Collaborative Distilling Program, Bardstown Bourbon Company has announced that it will be working together this year with Castle Brands Inc. to produce a new variety of custom bourbon and whiskey to add to their world-renowned Jefferson’s Bourbon portfolio.
The distilling program will bring both uniquely talented teams together to do what they do best, produce exceptional small batch bourbon and whiskey. Castle Brands is a developer and international marketer of premium brands and their collaboration with Bardstown Bourbon is a testament to the high quality of sprits these companies are working with. Bardstown is based in the Bourbon capital of the world, Kentucky, and prides themselves on celebrating the art of whiskey making with authentic and traditional means.
Jefferson started churning out their extraordinary whiskey since 1997 and over 20 years later have become one of the leading names in fine bourbon. Jefferson’s founder, Trey Zoeller, chose Thomas Jefferson to be the face of his brand for his curiosity and experimental soul, and the teaming up of Bardstown Bourbon Company and Castle Brands is a modern-day continuation of that same spirit. Bardstown and Castle will pair master distiller Steve Nally, with distilling director John Hargrove to come up with adventurous new bourbons and whiskeys that promise to keep Jefferson on shelves for the next 20 years.
