With spring just around the corner, it’s easy to find yourself daydreaming about warmer weather. Sitting on a blanket, in a sea of green grass, enjoying friends, family, good food, and even better drinks. But there’s nothing better for a bad case of spring fever than good company and a chilled bottle of Rosé. And thankfully we have the perfect one in mind.
This 2014 vintage Rosé from Langham Estate is a balanced blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the best of both worlds. Made from grapes grown at a single site in rural Dorset, which was specially selected for its location and soil composition. The grapes that they use are gently pressed, whole bunch in a pneumatic press to insure the highest quality of flavor resulting in a bold and sophisticated taste. Langham Rosé 2014 is delicious, light, and the ideal wine for outdoor picnics, parties, or warm romantic evenings.
This gorgeous Rosé pours with a beautiful salmon pink color and a fine stream of small bubbles that dance on your tongue after each sip. On the nose, it’s like walking into a French patisserie; greeted by warm notes of butter pastry and fresh red cherries. On the palate, there are strong flavors of summer fruit and a rich honey finish. Enjoy alone or try popping some fresh strawberries in the glass for an aperitif that’s as pretty as it is flavorful.
