Ingredients:
4 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
1 ½ oz. Absolut Elyx Vodka
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Honey Syrup
2 ½ oz. Chandon Sparkling Wine (add after shake)
Method:
Add all ingredients into mixing tin, except for the sparkling wine. Add ice and shake vigorously. Now add 2 ½ oz. sparkling wine into mixing tin, and then double strain into champagne flute.
Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: Lemon spiral, edible Viola flower

Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin, add ice and shake vigorously

Pour gin, simple syrup, and blood orange juice over rose petal ice and top with club soda. Add bitters and stir well.

¾ part Aperol
Absinthe
Dash rhubarb bitters
Splash Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery
Build:
Rinse martini glass with a little absinthe and ice, stir and let sit. Fill a shaker with ice, add Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Aperol, bitters, and Vermouth, then stir gently. Discard the ice and absinthe and strain the cocktail into the glass before garnishing.
