This Bordeaux is aged in new oak barrels for 15-18 months. Filled with generous flavours of plums, cassis, cedar, sweet spices, and herbs. A blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, this wine delivers a sweet, round, espresso, and earthy taste. It is harvested by hand to avoid bruising and carefully sorted before and after de-stemming. The grapes are then put into vats by gravity flow without being crushed. Drink while young!
