It is owned by Michelin star Chef Patron Aggi Sverrisson, guided by Group Operations Director Sid Clark and Group Head Sommelier Clement Robert MS. 28°-50° provides a relaxed and comfortable dining experience and is accompanied by a range of over 30 traditional and eclectic red and white wines. The restaurant also offers a collector’s list, which showcases fine wines from private collectors and allows guests the opportunity to discover unusual and mature wines.

There are two floors: downstairs, guests are welcomed by a wine display and open kitchen, making it the perfect space for private parties and group events. Both levels have seating for 50 and there is additional outdoor space with terraces to the front and rear. The simple, seasonal modern European menu, created by Executive Chef Justin Leclair with Sverrisson, contains options made with the finest ingredients that were freshly sourced both locally and from around Europe to maximize the varying seasonality.
