It’s Negroni Week, and not just any Negroni Week. This cocktail celebrates 100 years this month. Drink Me acknowledges a century of imbibing the zesty, rindy, beloved Negroni with 13 of the best recipes designed to satisfy any cocktail lover. 

Hendrick’s Unusual Negroni


  • 1 Part Hendrick’s Gin
  • 1 Part sweet vermouth
  • ½ Part Campari
  • ½ Part Aperol
  • Orange segments and zest
  • Combine ingredients and shake well with ice. 
  • Serve up and garnish with an orange twist.

A Date with Shirley Manson 


  • 1.5 oz. The Botanist Gin
  • .76 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • .75 oz. Honey Syrup-
  • 3 Dashes Date Bitters
  • Orange Peel
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice. 
  • Stir quickly. 
  • Strain into Coupe glass. 
  • Garnish with Speared Date and Twisted Orange Peel.

  • 1 1/4 oz. Don Abraham Anejo Tequila
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. Alessio Vermouth Torino Rosso
  • Garnish with a Flamed Orange peel and Rosemary

White Negroni


  • 1 oz.  The Botanist Gin
  • 1 oz. Italian Bitters
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth 
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice then stir. Strain into a Rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with an Orange Twist

  • 1 oz. mahon gin
  • 1 oz. campari
  • 1 oz. lillet blanc
  • 2 dashes thyme tincture
  • 2 dashes citrus bitters

Wisemen’s Negroni


  • 1.5 oz.  The Botanist Gin
  • .75 oz. Sweet Vermouth 
  • .25 oz. Flavored Bitters
  • 2 Fresh Sage Leaves
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. 
  • Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. 
  • Strain into a Rocks glass over one a large ice cube. 
  • Garnish with two Sage leave resting on ice.




  •  1.5 oz. The Botanist Gin
  • 1 oz. Aperitif
  • 1 oz. Dry VermouthS
  • weet Pepper Circles
  •  Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. 
  • Add ice. 
  • Stir for 20 seconds until chilled. 
  • Strain into a Rocks glass filled over one large ice cube.
  • Garnish with Sweet Pepper Circles.

  • 1 oz. Hayman’s Gin
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

  • Served on a large rock and garnished with an orange twist

Accomplice Bar has you covered with not one, but three different options. Bartender Jordan Fattal is not only serving a cocktail, it comes with a side of Negroni mochi, a nod to its sister (and neighbor) restaurant, Little Fatty’s, Asian menu.

The Red Eye Randy is a coffee cocktail featuring Wild Turkey Rye, Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, Campari, and Amber Vermouth. The Armed Strawberry features house-infused strawberry gin, Bianco vermouth, Aperol, and saline solution. The coconut-ty Mermaid Vibes has gin, dry vermouth, coconut rum, Luxardo Bitter, and saline. They all come with a side of house-made Negroni-flavored mochi. The Armed Strawberry mochi comes with a macerated strawberry on top and the Mermaid Vibes mochi is dusted in coconut flakes.

Tucked away upstairs at Nerano in Beverly Hills is cocktail lounge BG Lounge which is featuring three Negronis directly benefiting CORE, an organization that supports children with parents in the restaurant industry.

Created by mixologist Asadour Seheldjian, the three negronis are a nod to the Italian flag with a white, red and green cocktail.
