Bakan‘s newest – and most polarizing cocktail is “The Wall”. The cocktail will not only give you a buzz, but also give you a hot topic to discuss over dinner. This new Miami restaurant offers authentic Mexican fare and craft cocktails in a beautiful setting. No fake news here, as this cocktail is certainly something both sides of the border agree upon. Made with mezcal, pineapple, lime, charcoal, thyme and agave syrup – it’s the perfect combination of flavors. 


  • 2 ounces Bruxo Mezcal
  • 3/4 ounce Thyme Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Activated Charcoal 

Preparation :

Mix mezcal, thyme syrup, lime juice and pineapple juice in canister and pop a capsule of charcoal. Cover, shake and strain into glass filled with ice.
