The nose gives you an equal balance of that fresh herbaceous greenhouse aroma, intermingled with the fragrant waft that caresses your nose as you open the Italian herb cupboard. The taste is fleshy, rounded, herbaceous and offers a delicate touch of white pepper spice on the finish. Sipping solo’ is recommended given the unique nature of this incredibly well-crafted vodka, but it would also work incredibly well with savory cocktails, especially something like a tomato cosmopolitan.
