Three friends came together after working together at Terroirs and realizing a shared passion for the types of food, wine, and hospitality found at bars du vins and enotecas of Continental Europe. With mutual goals in mind, the trio sought to bring that same relaxed, authentic atmosphere back to London. Thus, The Remedy—a cheeky nod to medicinal cure and in this case nothing a good drink and a bite to eat can’t cure—became both a neighborhood spot and a wine oasis for wine enthusiasts seeking a new and unusual experience. This wine bar and kitchen is cozy, convivial, and obsessed with maintaining the upmost quality possible.

The Remedy now launches their new autumnal menu because matching the menu to available seasonal ingredient choices keeps things interesting. They’re serving up a seasonal selection of sharing boards, small plates, and fresh oysters each of which can be individually matched with a complementary glass from the bar’s extensive list of artisanal wines. Here are just a few mouthwatering examples to give you an idea: Sautéed Ceps, Crispy Polenta & Parmesan, Snails ‘Bourguignon’ & Smoked Ventrèche on Toast and Roasted Pumpkin, Duqqa & Fresh Goat Curd Salad, Toulouse with Hand Cut Chips, Homemade Italian Butter Beans, and Kale & Crispy Onion and Spanish Chorizo with Gem Lettuce Salad. With such diverse options always available, it’s no wonder The Remedy keeps their wine list extensive and fun. It’s funneled into entertaining, non-traditional categories to allow guests to discover something new. Whether you swing by for a drink, the both, or both, you’ll leave with a big ole grin and happy belly.
