If you’ve had the pleasure of a night out at Warwick, one of LA’s hottest bar makeovers, then chances are you’ve come across the Black Dahlia. Sinister as it may sound, this cocktail will keep you coming back for more. Something about the enchanting cocktail- perhaps the stunning presentation, perhaps the sweet, tart, tropical, brooding flavor profile, seems otherworldly. It haunted us long enough, we knew it had to be ours. And now it is. Good luck.

1.5 oz Blackwell Rum 1 oz blackberry puree (or muddle 5-6 blackberries for the home version) .5 oz *black sesame orgeat .5 oz fresh pineapple juice .25 oz fresh lemon juice |
Instructions: Build in a mixing tin/glass with ice, shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with blackberries and white micro flowers. |
*To make black sesame orgeat at home, substitute black sesame seeds for almonds in your preferred orgeat recipe.
