Vina Gravonia is yielded from the Zaconia vineyard, one of four vineyards at Bodegas Heredia. All 24 hectares planted are Viura, most of which goes to producing this heavenly nectar.
Coconut, peach, honey and petrichor. A nose that will entice you and captivate you whilst consuming this utterly brilliant Spanish white. In the mouth the honey comes through strongly, with over ripe peach, dried apricot and sweet vanilla also. Very clean cut and expressive, despite its age and extensive ageing. Crisp, refreshing, bone dry, a wonderful linear acidity, a pronounced intensity and a persistent finish.
Decant prior to serving and do not over chill, 12-14’c is perfect. Goes great with thinly sliced Iberico ham or baked white fish.
