Subtle and almost lanolin-inflected aromas have a note of waxiness to them, as well as mixed citrus pith and a hint of herb in the tarragon vein. On the palate, this shows nice acid and a definite leesy character, with its creamy texture and hints of bread dough. This is all complicated nicely with mineral, lemon juice, and a touch of stone fruit.
