The aromas are those of pear. On the palate there are flavors of citrus, apricot, pear, almonds and Crème Brulee. The texture is soft and creamy without being overly yeasty. This sparkler has nice acidity, is crisp and dry.

This is an elegant very dry crisp Cava with small bubbles that is ideal for a romantic candlelit dinner. The prominent flavors are those of apricots and citrus. At first this Cava is very toasty but as it opens and languishes it mellows and becomes very fruity. This Cava combines the Spanish grape varietals of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel.lo.
