Raise your cocktails high in the sky because it’s finally time to say goodbye to the gloomy winter weather and say “Hello” to spring. We’ve been teased by the warm weather for long enough and now it’s finally starting to happen.

With the last of the April showers falling and May flowers blooming bright, our favorite spring activities like imbibing outdoors and toasting the weather are right around the corner. We’ve got just the thing you need to step up your cocktail game this season.

Riviera Rose (Pictured Above)

Ingredients:

2 parts Hendrick’s Gin

1 part Giffard Pamplemousse

½ part Apricot Liqueur

1 part Fresh Lime Juice

½ part Egg White

Method: Combine ingredients and shake with ice, then shake without ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a rose petal.

Irish Maiden

Ingredients:

2 x ¼” slices Cucumber

2 parts  Tullamore DEW Irish Whiskey

½ part   St. Germain Elderflower Liquor

¾ part   Fresh lemon juice

¾ part   Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)

Method: In a shaker, muddle two Cucumber slices. Add remaining ingredients and fill shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with three additional Cucumber slices.

Brown Derby

Ingredients:

2 parts Glenfiddich Bourbon Barrel Reserve 14 Year Old

1 part fresh grapefruit juice

½ part honey syrup

Grapefruit twist, to garnish

Method: Shake Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve, grapefruit juice and honey syrup over ice. Strain into a coupe. Express a grapefruit twist over the cocktail and drop in.
