It is certainly not everyday that a three-Michelin star chef is partnered with beautiful artisanal champagne to create an elaborate tasting menu. Chef Arnaud Lallement and Champagne Armand de Brignac is being paired and served at the five star hotel, Relais & Châteaux hotel L’Assiette Champenoise.

The modern restaurant in Champagne, France provides a five course tasting menu of French delicacies and pairs these with beautifully metallic Champagne Armand de Brignac Gold Brut, Rosé, Blac de Blacs, Demi Sec, and Blanc de Noirs. Notably, the Blanc de Noirs is one of the best Blanc de Noirs with only 2,333 bottles in existance. This is also the first time that guests may enjoy Champagne Armand de Brignac by the glass.

Combining the art of French food and winemaking, the experience costs 500EU per person.
