Wine: Chateau Haut-Breton “Larigaudiere” 2014
Region: Margaux
Score: 90 pts

Fresh and lively on the nose, with spiced red currants and cinnamon stick as well as a bit of other oak spices. The Margaux elegance comes through, framing notes of red currants, fraises de bois, a touch of charred sage, scorched earth on the finish, and a hint of purple blossomed flowers. Subtle and well-crafted.
