For those who like their cocktails shaken, not stirred, Mandarina Rosa margarita is the girl for you. Concocted by Beverage Director Jakob Hostetter of NYC’s Cantina 1838, the drink is a double-strained mixture of Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila, tangerine juice, and lime juice. The super-premium tequila is made 100% de agave in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. It has a dominant aroma of vibrant, sweet agave, supported by notes of citrus pear and hints of wild mint. Served straight up with pink sea salt on the rim, the cocktail appears downright luminescent. And that’s a bright way to have everyone beaming.
