Tara Red Wine 2 is a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Merlot. The blend is very particular and complex offering such a deep and youthful color that one might think it is dark blue in the glass. The Syrah brings a distinct freshness with spices, herbs, and firm tannins. The Merlot contributes fruit and soft tannins to the velvety body. The two blend together harmoniously to create a delicious acidity, an interesting tension, and a long finish that reflects its origins in the world’s driest desert.
