We’re practically brimming over with Olympic excitement over here — the games start this week! You’re definitely going to need something to sip on to calm your nerves as Michael Phelps goes after his gazillionth gold, and we’re here to help. Purity Vodka has dreamt up this very London-esque cocktail for you, complete with a spot of tea and the sweetness of honey. If you’re not lucky enough to have an iSi canister sitting around for infusions at your every whim, just let the tea steep in the vodka for a little while longer. Olympian Elixir 2 oz Earl Grey-infused Purity Vodka 1 oz fresh lemon juice .75 oz runny honey (3:1, honey: hot water) Place one teabag of Earl Grey into an iSi Gourmet Whip N2O canister with Purity Vodka.
