Join Rich Higgins for classes on beer and food pairing. Rich is Brewmaster at Social Kitchen & Brewery and one of three Master Cicerones in the world. Each class will delve into the pairing of beer with food, and will include lecture, discussion, and lots of sampling great beers and foods. Rich will cover the basics of beer and food flavors, how to evaluate a beer, and how to pair beer with food.

Learn how beer and food pairings are better than the sum of their parts, and figure out what beer you should order when you eat at a restaurant. The classes will be fun and informative, and you’ll leave with a more informed beer palate.
Tickets are $65 per class with a discounted package price of $240 for all 4 classes.
