Freaks and beer geeks unite! This year marks the 5th annual FREAKTOBERFEST Boutique Beer and Music Festival

We had the pleasure of attending this event last year, and can’t wait to sample specialty beers from more than 35 craft breweries (including Shmaltz Brewing Co.’s seasonal launch of Coney Island Freaktoberfest, a 6.66% ABV red lager), and get our freak on to a bevy of burlesque performers, DJs, and live music from local indie-rock bands like Elby Brass, Courtesy Tier, and Green Lotus Project.

And – bonus – five hours of unlimited sampling and daytime dancing will go down at one of the raddest new beer gardens in Brooklyn.
