Drink Me Magazine is excited to debut a new event in the artisan world of San Francisco cocktail drinking: The Cheshire Bar.

The concept is simple and much like that of the infamous Cheshire Cat. We show up at secret locations with secret bartenders, and hang out for a few happy hours to make outstanding drinks using secret spirits, serve secret beer, and then we disappear just as fast as we came.

The best part? When you drink at Cheshire Bar, you drink for good: 20% of the evening’s profits go to a local nonprofit organization.
