How else would one get through an eight-hour informational session with physicians who’d much rather be golfing on a Sunday afternoon? Exactly. When attending an event like this, you usually resign yourself to simply taking what drinks you can get, and it isn’t always pretty.

The owners of 15 Romolo, Rosewood and Rye Bar have created one-of-a-kind mobile bars that can be rolled into anybody’s backyard or black-tie event using signature touches like organic basil and local, seasonal ingredients.
